8 Weeks Mindfulness Program
Christina is a certified Mindfulness Coach and has designed a program that will help anyone suffering from anxiety, stress, over-thinking, worry, judgment and fear. This program will help any who are also suffering from depression. It is designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.
If you are someone who meditates, this program will deepen your awareness of self.
This program is also beneficial for children ages 8-up ( kids are welcome to come with their parents)
What this will include :
Meditation
Breathing Techniques that aid in healing Anxiety and Stress
Teachings in understanding how emotions create physical reactions
Understanding and support for Over-thinkers, Depression and Panic Attacks
Healing The Throat and Root Chakra
Welcoming Positive Affirmations from Shifting of Perspectives
Grounding
Communication between the Left and Right Brain
Shadow Emotion
8 weeks $180 6pm-7pm ( location is in Toronto address will be posted by the end of April)
